Challenge

Samsung wanted to facilitate meaningful connections during Eid ul-Fitr by leveraging AI to help consumers overcome the awkwardness of reconnecting with long-lost friends and family members. 

Thought process

Understanding the social dynamics and challenges of reconnecting during Eid celebrations, we identified an opportunity to leverage AI technology to facilitate connections. It involved recognising the common struggle of consumers and providing them a convenient way to generate personalised Eid greetings.

We developed reGreet.ai, an AI-powered tool that generates personalised Eid greetings, eliminating the need for users to craft messages themselves. The campaign encouraged users  to reconnect with loved ones and offered incentives such as product discounts for generating greetings. 

Results

Successful engagement with over 11K greetings generated in two days, fostering connections and providing a fun way to overcome communication barriers during Eid celebrations.
